Everyone who works in the performing arts needs headshots. They have to be simple, yet make an impact and can mean the difference between getting a job and losing out.

Wedding: Highley Manor, West Sussex

A great day for this large wedding. Ceremony in Slaugham church followed by reception at Highley Manor. Congratulations!

Wedding: Leatherhead Registry Office

Friday's intimate wedding at Leatherhead Registry Office, followed by photo's in the beautiful garden outside. Despite a poor forecast, the weather stayed fine. The wedding meal was held at Denbies Gallery Restaurant.

Family Portraits

A sample of family portrait images from last Sunday evening. Making children keep still is impossible. It's much more fun to just let them run around- they're happy and you've got better shots. Levitating that football is pretty impressive!

Underwater: Sipadan, Borneo

Several images from last year's trip to Sipadan that were ignored and possibly shouldn't have been. It's always worth going back through your original files later on with a fresh eye. I took well over a thousand shots on this trip and even now haven't properly gone through them all with a fine tooth comb. Maybe in another six months... See if you can spot what Panos has forgotten to do.

Travel: Andalucia, Spain

A week in Spain. Based in Malaga we did daytrips to Granada, Ronda and Nerja. I'd visited these places before, but not in the height of tourist season. Very hot and very busy. Tip: never, ever drive in Granada.

Family Portraits

Last weekend's family portrait session. Great fun, although I think all concerned were shattered by the time it was over.

Belated Bluebells

Some shots I forgot to put up a few weeks ago. Taken early in the morning at Dunley Wood (just off the A25) and in Dorking Wood next to St Barnabus Church. Unfortunately this was the only morning I managed to make it out to shoot bluebells this year, mainly due to the foul weather.

Wedding: Barnett Hill, Wonersh

Saturday's wedding, shot with Jason. Congratulations to Paul and Virginie who were very lucky with the weather as Friday and Sunday were both entirely wretched. Barnett Hill has some stunning grounds which we made the most of in the window we had to take the portraits. The inside of this venue also has several very nice spots for photography should it rain.

Family Portraits

A sample of last weekends family portrait session. It's nice to get a sunny day. This shoot was actually supposed to be the maiden outing for my new Canon Eos 5D Mark III but I ended up taking almost all the shots with the 70-200mm f/2.8 lens which was on one of my Mark II's and completely forgetting about the new camera!
